Return, refund, and cancellation policy
Once payment has been made, no refunds are possible unless the cancellation is made by Marta Cerámica with less than 24 hours’ notice.
If the cancellation is made by the customer with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booked service will be considered as completed and deducted from the purchased product.
In the case of cancellations by Marta Cerámica with less than 24 hours’ notice, customers will be offered either the option to reschedule the class or receive a full refund for that session.
Due to studio availability, we reserve the right to schedule the class, gift voucher, or ceramic experience within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of purchase to the date of the visit.
Terms for ceramic experiences
High-quality materials (porcelain, stoneware, fireclays, glazes, oxides, etc.) are included in the price of our in-person classes, as well as the ceramic kiln firing necessary for you to take home and use your pieces. No experience is required — each student develops their own project and approach based on their interests and background. We only ask that you bring:
- Most importantly, the desire to learn and enjoy. Come with a positive attitude — you’re here to have fun.
- Your purchase is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. You can extend it for €10/month per extension.
- If you’d like us to travel to your location for a class or team-building activity, or if you’re looking for extras like tool kits, branded aprons as souvenirs, catering, or a photographer, contact us and we’ll gladly send you a quote.

- Ceramic experiences for 6 people do not include the use of the potter’s wheel.
