If the cancellation is made by the customer with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booked service will be considered as completed and deducted from the purchased product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of cancellations by Marta Cer\u00e1mica with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice, customers will be offered either the option to reschedule the class or receive a full refund for that session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to studio availability, we reserve the right to schedule the class, gift voucher, or ceramic experience within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of purchase to the date of the visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terms for ceramic experiences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

High-quality materials (porcelain, stoneware, fireclays, glazes, oxides, etc.) are included in the price of our in-person classes, as well as the ceramic kiln firing necessary for you to take home and use your pieces.
